DARKSIDE Dominates Hoops R’ Us in a 112-78 Summer League Victory

In a commanding performance during the 13th round of the 2026 Summer League, DARKSIDE secured a decisive 112-78 win over Hoops R’ Us at Cuba Hunter. From the outset, DARKSIDE asserted control, outscoring their opponents in each period and building an unassailable lead.

The game began with DARKSIDE putting up 25 points to Hoops R’ Us’s 14 in the first quarter. The dominance continued as DARKSIDE increased their advantage to 54-31 by halftime. Despite Hoops R’ Us managing to score 32 points in the final period, it wasn’t enough to challenge DARKSIDE’s well-rounded offensive execution.

The standout player of the game was undoubtedly Trint Bravo, who dazzled on the court with an impressive stat line. Playing the full 40 minutes, Bravo scored 43 points, shooting an efficient 62.1% from the field, including 3 three-pointers out of 9 attempts and a solid contribution from the free-throw line. His 8 rebounds and 2 assists further highlighted his all-around impact. His +34 plus-minus rating underscores how his presence energized the team on both ends of the floor.

James Wesley also played a critical role, contributing 23 points with remarkable accuracy, including 5 three-pointers at a 45.5% clip. Meanwhile, Kevin Roulhac was a force on the boards, pulling down 14 rebounds and adding 18 points with an impressive 77.8% shooting from the field. Support came from Ahijah Thompson, who poured in 20 points, hitting an efficient 57.1% from three-point range.

Hoops R’ Us struggled to keep pace despite a valiant effort by Elijah Fishburne, who led their squad with 28 points on 59.1% shooting. Anthony Rosado provided a spark with 17 points, showing range from behind the arc with 3 three-pointers. However, the overall team shooting percentages and defensive execution couldn’t match the intensity and consistency displayed by DARKSIDE.

DARKSIDE’s balanced attack and stifling defense proved too much throughout the game, outpacing Hoops R’ Us in every quarter. Their 112 points came on the back of strong field goal shooting, ball movement, and rebounding dominance, especially evident in the second quarter where they outscored their rivals by 12 points.

This game further solidifies DARKSIDE’s position as a powerhouse in the SUMMER LEAGUE this season. With such performances, they set the tone for the rounds ahead.
